Escape to The Xpress Retreat Cabin, a relaxing mountain getaway designed for families and groups seeking comfort, entertainment, and quality time together. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this inviting cabin features four spacious king bedrooms, a game room, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for making lasting memories.

Comfortable Accommodations
The cabin offers four king bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a TV, and a closet for convenient storage. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, while the other two are upstairs, providing a comfortable layout for families and groups. A half bathroom on the main floor adds extra convenience.

Entertainment & Relaxation
Enjoy friendly competition and fun in the upstairs loft game room, a great place to unwind and spend time together. After a day of exploring, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The outdoor swing offers another peaceful spot to sit back and enjoy the surroundings.

Prepare everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. With a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, and other essential kitchen supplies, you’ll have what you need to prepare meals and enjoy dining together throughout your stay.

Getting here is easy—no four-wheel drive is needed to access the property, and plenty of parking spaces are available for your convenience.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

Guest Security & Verification Requirements:
We take the safety and security of our guests and properties seriously. To help prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete our online hotel-style check-in process before arrival.

- Complete the online check-in requirements.
- Sign the Rental Agreement.
- Upload a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
- Select one of the following options for property protection:
1. Damage Waiver – A one-time $45, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and mishaps.
2. Refundable $1000 Security Deposit Hold – A temporary authorization hold that is released 3 - 5 business days after the stay, provided there is no eligible damage or violation of the rental terms.

Public lake access is right across the property, though the public park.
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well.

NO CATS; the owner is highly allergic.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
